Celebrate with an elevated dinner, wine, and a cozy night downtown.
Reservations are required and due by February 9th.A $50 reservation fee per couple is required and goes toward the cost of dinner.
Entrée choice and appetizer are selected at the time of reservation.

SPRING CHARCUTERIE CLASS AT Cerebella Winery
March 10th | 6–8pm
Join us for a hands-on charcuterie workshop focused on creating a beautiful spring-inspired board.
You will learn how to style a seasonal charcuterie spread and make salami roses step by step. Each guest receives:
• A 12×8 bamboo cutting board to take home
• A variety of cheeses, meats, and fresh fruit
• A glass of wine
• Guided instruction and styling tips
Additional cheeses, meats, and charcuterie board items will be available for purchase during the class if you’d like to build extra or take ingredients home.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you feel confident building boards for gatherings, holidays, and entertaining.
